TECH PREP AS A FOUNDATION FOR SCHOOL-TO-WORK

Tech Prep education is a key strategy for building a school-to-work system and is a significant innovation in the education reform movement in the United States. The principles and practices of Tech Prep are key components of the School-to-Work Opportunities Act. Tech Prep:

Currently, Bryson High School students have the opportunity to take the following Tech Prep classes: 

~BCIS I
~Accounting I
~Business Image Management and Multimedia
~Child Development & Individual and Family Life
~Preparation for Parenting & Individual and Family Life

In trying to provide more pathways for Bryson students, we are attempting to familiarize them with the different Tech Prep options that are available.  We would also like to inform the parents, students, and the Bryson faculty about Tech Prep.  The links below are presentations that were prepared by the Weatherford College Tech Prep Consortium to help answer questions about Tech Prep.
